pakistan Poor family commits suicide in Cholistan

Cholistan is a region of poverty and backwardness due to being a great desert of Pakistan. Last week there was a tragic incident due to poverty in Cholistan. According to the details, Hindu Ram Chand, a resident of Chak 135 / P of Rahim Yar Khan district Used to do and was suffering from poverty due to lack of work. Disillusioned with domestic quarrels, Ram Chand cut the throats of his wife Lakshmi Mai, youngest son Prem Kumar, daughters Anika and Anjali with a sharp instrument and killed them himself, locals said. But when the police broke down the door of the room, his wife and children were killed, while Ram Chand was critically injured. He was shifted to Sheikh Zayed Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. There is a state of panic. There should be an impartial investigation into the incident, a commission should be formed for this purpose and the family should get justice. Of course, Ram Chand and his family have been living in Cholistan for centuries. Why did he remain poor? Due to the monkey allotment of lands in Cholistan and even Arab princes being rewarded in the name of hunting but the local people are deprived. The present government came to power on the promise of ending deprivation but after gaining power it went to night. The matter has been discussed. Protests by various Waseeb organizations and parties continue after the tragic Cholistan tragedy. In Multan, among other areas, Seraiki nationalist parties staged a protest in Chowk Nawa Shahar near Multan Press Club yesterday. Among other demands, it was demanded that the government fulfill its promise to end unemployment. Tax free industrial zones should be set up in Wasib. It was also said that an FIR should also be registered against the Cholistan Development Authority which deprives the rightful claimants of allotments. Hatred and hatred lead to suicide and in some cases suicide attacks. The 1973 constitution also stated that in order to bring the backward areas on par with the developed areas, the development of the developed areas would be stopped for 10 years and the backward areas would be developed, but after 73 years, the developed areas became more developed. And the backward areas became the most backward. As far as the constitution is concerned, who asks it. All the defects are being created due to non-implementation of the constitution. Will it ever happen that the constitution is implemented? Due to the slogan of change of PTI, the youth had high expectations from the Prime Minister but nothing happened in two and a half years. Steps are needed to go to Pakistan. My words should not be taken to mean that the late Ram Chand and his family. Did not have religious freedom in Pakistan. Suicide is a sign of poverty. The truth is that we have to move forward, according to the developed thinking, in view of the same equality of civil rights, religion in the constitution of Pakistan. There is a permanent clause regarding the freedom of religion, which is translated as: Everyone has the right to freedom of religion and expression within the limits of law, public order and morality. In the same way, every religious sect will have the right to have its own places of worship and to protect them. ”It is true that religion is the name of the highest thing and sectarianism weakens religion. But unfortunately, sects also exist. Therefore, different sects have also been given the right to live according to their own wishes. With reference to the Constitution, it has been said that no individual will be taxed for a religion which he dislikes, nor A tax will be levied which will be used for the purpose of preaching a religion which is not its own religion. All religions are for the betterment of man and humanity, therefore work should be done for the betterment of human beings. Many things come to the fore as no one will be forced to study or worship a religion in an educational institution that is not his or her own. No class will be discriminated against in the imposition of taxes on religious institutions. The constitution also states that every religious group has the fundamental right to provide religious education for its students. Similarly, citizens will not be barred from entering educational institutions on the basis of race, religion, residence and caste, provided that the institution is funded by the government. Religious freedom has been linked with human rights in every constitution of the world. Religious freedom has been mentioned in all the constitutions made in Pakistan. Look at the current constitution of 1973, there is complete freedom of religion in Pakistan. , Both constitutionally and practically. The Quaid-e-Azam in his first address to the Constituent Assembly of Pakistan dated August 11, 1947 had said something in this regard. In his address, he referred to minorities and said: "You are now free. You are free to go to your temples for worship. You are free to go to your place of worship in Pakistan according to your faith. Whether you belong to any religion, sect or belief, the affairs of the state do not matter. ۔ The pages of history testify that some time ago the situation in England was worse than in present day India, Roman Catholics and Protestants were mortal enemies of each other. But European countries have religious sects
