According to News, the anti-terrorism court in Lahore Jail read out the verdict of the case on Thursday.
Before the verdict, the police took the accused Abid Mahi and Shafqat Baga to the special court room under tight security while the prosecution team and the lawyers of the accused also reached the court room.
Anti-terrorism court judge Arshad Hussain Bhatta read out the verdict on Thursday. According to the court verdict, after the confession of the accused, they were sentenced to death for rape and 14 years imprisonment for robbery.
